Jenny has worked with all populations, fitness levels, injuries, disease conditions, ages and takes a special interest in helping the beginner get started. After she performs her initial intake interview and fitness assessment; you will work together on a plan that is suited to your schedule and goals. Jenny will help you get started with a personalized fitness program and stay motivated with caring, educated assistance. Jenny enjoys training individuals in exercise, private Pilates, group Pilates classes, educational workshops, and successful weight loss and management. You can enjoy useful health and nutrition tips by signing up to receive her monthly newsletter. When Jenny is not helping others she enjoys bicycle riding, swimming, strength training, salsa and swing dancing, walking, travel, and time with family and friends. Jenny's mantra is "feeling good feels great!" Even the smallest amount of exercise and dietary change can make a huge difference in how you feel.
